I use Simple Practice, a HIPPA compliant Electronic Medial Record. All forms, demographic, payment and clinical information are stored here. If we agree to schedule a session, you will be invited to the Simple Practice Client Portal to complete forms. You will also be able to set your preferences for getting Superbills emailed, receive your telehealth link or office address, and set reminders for our meetings.
